Registration Fees

• The deadline to apply to benefit from the discounted registration fees with a 15% advantage is September 1, 2025.
• By paying the registration fee, participants will be able to attend the scientific sessions.
• Those who register and attend the sessions will receive a certificate of participation.
• Registration is required for all those attending the scientific meetings, whether as speakers, audience members, accompanying persons, or company representatives
• In order for the registrations to be finalized, payment receipts and name list must be sent to EVENTA Congress and Tourism Organization Secretariat.
• The registration fees mentioned above are inclusive of VAT.
• Participants from countries listed as LMICs (low- and middle-income countries) will be eligible for a 50% discount. Those who will also present a poster or an oral presentation will receive a 60% discount.

Accommodation Information

3-Night Accommodation Package

• Accommodation prices are based on a 3-night package and include bed and breakfast.
• To confirm accommodation, payments must be deposited into the congress account and the receipt must be sent to the Congress Secretariat. Accommodation prices include a 2% Accommodation Tax, and an additional 10% VAT will be applied.
• For all payments not made on time or delayed after the congress dates, as announced in the budgets and on the website, a 10% surcharge will be added and reflected to you.
• Additional taxes will be added to the prices.
• Registration – Accommodation procedures will be valid only after sending your request to onur@eventa.com.tr , receiving the budget, confirming it, and sending the bank receipt showing that the required payments have been made to the account numbers below via e-mail to EVENTA CONGRESS. Applications made only with a bank receipt, as well as requests without budget confirmation, will not be accepted and will be placed on the waiting list.
