CONGRESS DATE
International Congress of Contextual Science and Psychotherapies 2025 & 4^th Istanbul ACT Days will be held between November 6-9, 2025 at the Suleymen Demirel Cultural Center, Ayazağa Campus of ITU.

TRANSPORTATION
ITU Ayazaga Campus, Rectorate Building

Transportation from City Center:
Metro: Use the M2 metro line.
IETT buses 29B, 29D, 29Ş, 40B, 41C, 42, 59RS
Minibuses SRY13, SRY16
Metrobus Transfer to the M2 metro line at Zincirlikuyu.

Transportation from Istanbul Airport:
Transfer from Istanbul Airport Metro - M11 Metro Line to M2 metro line at Geyrettepe station.
IETT buses: Take the H8 bus to Hacıosman and transfer to the M2 metro line at Hacıosman.
Taxi or car rental options are also available from the airport.

Transportation from Sabiha Gökçen Airport:
Havabus airport shuttle service: Take Havabus to Taksim and transfer to the M2 metro line at Taksim.
IETT buses: Take the E-3 bus to 4th Levent and transfer to the M2 metro line at 4th Levent.
Taxi or car rental options are also available from the airport.

Transportation from Esenler Bus Terminal:
Metro: Take the M1A metro line to Yenikapı and transfer to the M2 metro line at Yenikapı.

SUBMITTING PAPERS AND SPEECH ABSTRACTS
Submission of papers and speech abstracts via the online system is the only valid submission method. Abstracts sent via e-mail and postal mail independently of the system will not be accepted.
General rules for abstract submission are available on the web page. The abstract submission deadline has been set as September 1, 2025

CONGRESS LANGUAGE
The congress language is Turkish, but English presentations will be made in meetings with international speakers and simultaneous interpretation will be provided.

INVITATION LETTER
Invitation letters to be requested to be given to institutions for Congress participation will be delivered to the participants through the Congress Organization Secretariat. These invitation letters can only be used for permission purposes.

IMPORTANT DATES
Final submission date for panel, course, etc. proposals: June 15, 2025
Final submission date for poster and oral presentations: September 1, 2025
Notification of presentation evaluation results (acceptance/rejection): October 1, 2025
Deadline for discounted registration fee: September 1, 2025
