We are delighted and honored to invite you to the International Congress of Contextual Science and Psychotherapies 2025, the 4th Istanbul ACT Days, which will take place in Istanbul from November 6 to 9, 2025. 

The Congress is organized in collaboration with the Turkish Association for Contextual Sciences and Psychotherapies, the ACBS Türkiye Chapter (US), the Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy Association, and Istanbul Technical University. 

Building on the success of the first Istanbul ACT Days in 2017, held under the theme "Journey from Pain to Change," we are thrilled to witness the growing interest in contextual sciences across our country, both in clinical practice and research, thanks to your continued support. 

Our Congress will feature key topics, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Relational Frame Theory (RFT), and other contextual approaches such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy. 

The primary goal of our Congress is to enhance the effectiveness of contextual science-based therapeutic approaches in clinical practice, share groundbreaking scientific research, foster new research opportunities, and deepen the knowledge and skills of our colleagues. 

With the participation of leading experts, international trainers, and researchers, the Congress promises to offer a unique opportunity to stay informed about scientific advancements, build meaningful connections with colleagues, and enrich your learning within a warm and welcoming community. 

We encourage you to contribute to this comprehensive scientific program through symposia, panels, courses, and workshops.
