Below are the guidelines for different types of events (courses, panels, symposia, etc.). Proposals should be prepared in accordance with the rules and submitted through the system.

Courses
Courses focus on a specific topic and are conducted using appropriate teaching methods that encourage participant interaction. Methods may include lectures, video demonstrations, Q&A, discussions, role-playing, small group work, hands-on training, and structured feedback sessions. Course content may include a review of basic concepts, advanced or complex topics, examination of a theme from different theoretical perspectives, or a comprehensive expert-led evaluation. Courses may also involve theoretical preparation for skill-based applications.
Each course proposal should consist of a maximum of two sessions.
A maximum of three instructors per session is recommended.
Course proposals will also be subject to peer review.
Proposals should clearly state learning objectives, teaching methods, duration, and instructor profiles.

Duration: One session = 90 minutes. Applications may include 1 or 2 sessions.

Panels
Panels are discussion-oriented sessions where a specific topic is examined from multiple perspectives by different experts with active participation from the audience.
Duration: 90 minutes.
Each speaker: max. 20 minutes.
~20 minutes should be allocated to interaction among panelists and with participants.
Recommended structure: 1 moderator + maximum 3 speakers.
Panels should emphasize interactive discussion where participants can ask questions and share views, fostering interactive learning.

Symposia
Symposia are sessions where different but complementary research presentations are brought together under a common theme, providing a comprehensive and multi-perspective discussion.
Recommended structure: 1 moderator, preferably 1 discussant, and 3 speakers.
